An Additional Bar
People don’t typically forget that they need a bar at their wedding, but when ALL of your parents friends RSVP yes… more guests means more drinks! If your RSVP count has grown, consider adding a satellite bar to ease congestion at your main bar. Short bar lines = happy, buzzed wedding guests. Cocktail Tables
Maybe you weren’t planning on using the outdoor patio at your venue initially. Your guest count went up and now you could use the space, but what do you do with it? Placing a few cocktail tables around tells guests where they should hang out and enjoy drinks during cocktail hour, providing a place for new faces to meet and mingle. This is also another great place for a satelitte bar, especially if your main bar is in a totally separate area.

Not everyone will be tearing up the dance floor, (hello introverts and your great grandparents) but that doesn’t mean they don’t want to be part of the fun! Cake or Champagne Tower Table
Your wedding cake deserves its moment in the spotlight and you deserve really great photos of it, and same for your champagne tower!
