Minimalist Western Wedding Styled Shoot

“More isn’t always better. Sometimes it’s just more.” Sabrina was absolutely correct when it came to this Minimalist Western Wedding Style Shoot. We teamed up with the incredibly talented folks at Southern Oak Film Co. (and other partners in party, of course) to show potential brides it is okay to let the venue or location do most of the talking when your scenery is this stunning.

To capture the desired minimal western vibes, the shoot was set at the gorgeous Hill Country Bliss venue. Nestled on 145 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country land, just a mile away from Highway 29 connecting Burnet and Bertram, this spacious venue boasts two-story, vaulted ceilings and 10,000 square feet of climate-controlled space, perfect for hosting up to 300 guests for dining and entertainment. These breathtaking views are excellent for the bride who lives by less is more.

Our Cowhide Rug brought that added rustic, western element to the lounge area. And why not add some disco balls, right?  We found them to be a particularly fun choice, as they created a beautiful juxtaposition between luxe and western.

Raise the design bar by using multiple rugs to line your aisle! Because of the varied textures and patterns, a little bit goes a long way in adding elegance and interest to an otherwise sparse space. The ultimate finishing touch was the incredible florals designed by Native Florals.
