Texas Hill Country Wedding Venues
Part of Austin’s charm is its access to the Texas Hill Country. Just minutes from downtown, you’ll find quiet, rolling hills that feel miles from any skyscraper. Because of its beautiful landscape and peaceful, remote vibes, the Hill Country is the perfect place for a wedding. When you choose a venue here, your guests can have access to the city but they’ll also feel like you found the perfect oasis for your wedding day!
The even better news is that there are many stunning Hill Country Wedding venues to choose from, whether you’re looking for modern, clean lines or natural, southern charm.
Considering a Hill Country wedding and wondering what rentals you’ll want to use in the space? This is the blog post for you, babe!
The Arlo
In our opinion, The Arlo is one of the most versatile wedding venues in the Austin area, let alone the Hill Country. We see so many different wedding aesthetics brought into this space and they all work—it provides a crisp black and white background to get creative with.
The first thing we would do is infuse color into the space with our Syrah Modular Sofa. We’d place this statement piece on the front lawn as part of a lounge so that it’s one of the first things your guests see! We’d also plant one of our Prohibition Bars on the lawn with Averna Cocktail Tables to create a cocktail hour moment.
On the back lawn, we would use rows of our Chenin Wishbone Chairs to create your ceremony space. These can be moved inside for the reception and placed around our Circoc Dining Tables for dinner.
Canyonwood Ridge
The vibe of Canyonwood Ridge is “classic, Texas wedding”—which if course you can’t go wrong with. We would alternate our Negroni and Manhattan Dining Chairs in the chapel for your ceremony—the combination of the two adds interest and modern flair.
Outside, we would place a few lounges on the concrete where your guests could relax and enjoy cocktails in the shade under the awning—our Blue Dahlia Lounge and Le Politique Lounge would bring the romantic wedding vibes outdoors. Guests can grab drinks at our sophisticated Kir Royale Bars, which would complement the natural wood of the venue. White Julep Cocktail Tables would be scattered on the grass.
The Addison Grove
The Addison Grove is pure southern charm—a rustic, modern barn with actual Longhorns. You would walk down the aisle between rows of our Moscato Chairs on the grass. Our Moonshine Curved Bar would be there to welcome guests after the ceremony with a cold cocktail.
We would keep the southern vibes going with sets like our Pre-Styled Ellis Lounge, full of cowhide and leather.
Prospect House
Prospect House is a stunning modern Hill Country venue. It’s light and airy with tall ceilings giving you lots opportunities to bring a lot of color in. We would place our pink Cosmopolitan Square Bar in the middle of the Main Hall for your reception, surrounding it with colorful lounges like The Valentina.
Fernet Cocktail Tables would be sprinkled just outside so your guests can enjoy the scenery during cocktail hour. We would be amiss to not call out their incredible build in picture-frame ceremony arch. Besides being a work of art in itself, it also creates one of the most unique views in the Hill Country.
Villa Antonia
Unlike the classic Texas charm of the Hill Country, Villa Antonia will make you feel like you’re in a completely different country—Italy specifically! We would lean in to the grand villa vibes and choose lounges like our Corinne Lounge to bring even more romance. On the terrace for your ceremony, we would bring a modern, glam touch with rows of our Prosecco Dining Chairs.
Grabbing a spritz from our Golden Cadillac Bar will have your guests believing that they’re on vacation.
