San Antonio Venue Picks

Hotel Emma

If you’re getting married at Hotel Emma, we can tell that you love a blend of history and modern design, a moody and romantic aesthetic, and you care about the details. Our first inventory recommendation? Our Negroni Dining Chairs. They’re equal parts classic and sexy. Used in a wedding ceremony, they set a romantic yet modern tone.

Take the Negronis from your ceremony to your reception to create a cohesive experience. Create long lines of Harvest Tables for an elegant seated dinner. Place our 12′ Prohibition Bar in the corner for cold martinis and whiskey in crystal glasses.

There are plenty of luxurious leather sofas in Hotel Emma, so you might want to spice your wedding lounges up with a deep velvet. In this case, we recommend our Jack Rose Sofa. Pair it back to some modern leather lounge chairs like our Madeiras.

Stable Hall

The Texas history in San Antonio is unmatched. Stable Hall was initially built to house horses and is now a venue where you can throw a rowdy party!

If you’re throwing an event at Stable Hall, you’ve probably booked talent to take the stage. Instead of folding chairs for your audience, use lounge to spice things up a bit! Pair luxe velvet lounge chairs like our Napoleon Lounge Chair with our Chaplin Bistro Tables, alternate with our light wood Fernet Cocktail Tables and Cognac Bar Stools to incorporate some leather for a western vibe.

There’s a good chance that some two-stepping will happen while at Stable Hall and your guests will need somewhere to lounge and sip a Lone Star after. Don’t forget the lounge! Start things off with a big ol’ leather sofa like our Martinez and a Cowhide Rug.

Dallas Venue Picks

Union Station

Union Station throws a lot of gorgeous, classic, upscale weddings and while they are stunning, if you’ve found Party at the Moontower, you’re probably someone who wants to change things up a little. Here’s how we would do it!

Instead of a normal tablecloth-adorned-dining-table, use our fluted wood Ciroc Round Dining Tables paired with our dark wood Manhattan Chairs for your reception. Add color and interest to your reception layout with colorful vignettes that mix bistro tables and lounge. Curved pieces of our pink Syrah Sofa can be placed side by side or back to back for cute, speakeasy vibes.

Our Cosmopolitan Square Bar is the perfect pop of color for a venue with more neutral decor. We can customize it in house by adding your wedding monogram or a fun vinyl pattern to the front panel.

Nasher Sculpture Center

Decor for weddings and corporate events at Nasher Sculpture Center should match the elevated art and architecture. Design-forward pieces are going to fit best here (which is great, because our inventory is full of them 😉).

Choose modern dining chairs like our Dark n’ Stormy for wedding ceremony seating or corporate event audience seating. Call back to the greenery surrounding the sculptures on the lawns by designing lounges with our earthy, green Death in the Afternoon Banquets. Add cool details like our Fancy Free Ottomans to show your guests you really care about the design and are willing to take artistic risks.

Choosing interesting pieces is key for venue like this and our Kir Royale Bar isn’t like the others. It’s hand carved design will fit right in among the sculptures and artwork.

Houston Venue Picks

Post

The possibilities for events at Post are truly endless for soireés big and small.  Taking over the entire roof or Atrium? When you have this much space, custom fabrication is a great option along with rentals! Dream up something BIG with our production team that will make an impact in such a large space.

Choosing one of the more intimate individual spaces within the Post? We personally love the “on top of the world” feel of the Outpost on the roof. We would deck this space out with cool, outdoor furniture, like our Hurricane Lounge Chairs and Paloma Loveseat, and infuse the Office and Atrium with color and texture. Use modular sofas like our Fuzzy Navel to break up these larger spaces. Lounge chairs with modern silhouettes, like our St. Germains will match the vibes of the industrial, modern space.

White Oak Music Hall

Houston is known for being a cultural hub with renowned restaurants, great museums and and a fun entertainment scene. You can find cool shows at White Oak Music Hall and host unique private events there too! Your party decor should be just as cool as the feeling of listening to music with a view of the Houston skyline.

We’d start with rock n’ roll style lounges on the rooftop deck in front of our oversized, black Prohibition Bar or a few of our velvet Golden Cadillac Bars. Start designing your lounges around a Cheetah Print Rug and a big, black velvet, Monte Carlo Sofa. Our black Averna Cocktail Tables will fit right in with the design and provide a place for your guests set their drink while they dance and mingle with friends.
