Contemporary Prospect House Wedding

Prospect House is a modern choice when it comes to Hill Country wedding venues. It’s sleek, contemporary design contrasts with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. When we curate our furniture we choose modern lines, but never at the cost of personality or warmth, and we think that’s why Lauren and David were drawn to our rentals and this venue!

Contemporary Chic

In design and aesthetics, contemporary often refers to a style characterized by clean lines, open spaces, and a blend of modern and traditional elements, reflecting current trends. You can see from Lauren and David’s color blocked stationery, created by 26 Pressed, that these themes were very present in the wedding day design.

We love how their seating chart was flanked by our Blonde Display Shelves where personal photos and curated decor were placed. Keeping with this fresh, on-trend theme, Lauren and David created a fun guest book moment, combining our Sazerac Leather Sofa with our Fluted Pedestals and a vintage telephone. Could this be any cuter?!

The outdoor spaces at this wedding might just be our favorite part! Our Fernet Cocktail Tables kept the light wood and clean lines incorporated in the outdoor design as well, and guests grabbed drinks from our modern G&T Bar. Fringe umbrellas added a fun, chic element while making sure guests were shaded and they enjoyed a stunning outdoor lounge, complete with our Dirty Martini Rug and new Bourbon Lounge Chairs.

We love any opportunity to furnish a Hill Country wedding, but it’s even more fun when the aesthetic fits our vibe this perfectly.

If the photos from Lauren and David’s wedding look like something from your Pinterest board, go ahead and start your Moontower wishlist!
