We worked with Eclipse Event Co. to create multiple custom installations for an immersive, on-brand experience that got Beatbox employees psyched. See how our custom decor brought this corporate event to life!
Bold, Branded Installations
A High-Energy Entryway
We kicked things off with a bang. Guests walked through our 7-foot-tall Dimensional Arch, fully wrapped in bold vinyl and decked out with 3D fruit pieces representing BeatBox flavors. 🍓🍊🍋
The DJ Booth
We also vinyl-wrapped our 10×8′ Arch Wall for an epic DJ Booth backdrop. Our Object of Affection Shelves flanked the backdrop to display Beatbox product.
Flavored Lounges
We turned downtime into a whole vibe with “flavored” lounges! Each monochromatic lounge had a 7×7‘ painted backdrop wall with vinyl decals. The flavors included Orange Blast, Lemonade, Green Apple and Hard Tea—can you guess which was which?
Oversized Logo Pool Float
Anyone in events knows that weather can throw a wrench in even the best plans—but this pivot was anything but a letdown! We created this 12×4′ logo to float on the pool at the W Austin, as the original plan was a poolside cocktail hour. The weather in Austin was super cold and rainy so we turned it into a cool photo-op instead!
The After Party
The group headed to 800 Congress for a neon-themed after-party, where we set up our black Averna Cocktail Tables, Dark n’ Stormy Dining Chairs, and two sleek black lounge groups.
This summit was all about bringing the Beatbox brand to life, and we had a blast making it happen. Corporate events should be fun, and this one definitely delivered! Custom decor adds so much life and personality to any corporate event.
