Blank Canvas to Branded Experience
The hottest brands are hosting events in spaces that are thoughtfully drenched in their own branding—from choosing rentals that vibe with their brand colors, to splashing their logo on huge backdrops, it’s all about putting your brand front and center, showcasing expert event branding design.
League of Originals hosted their Austin brand summit at Assembly Hall, which is a big, beautiful blank canvas. We filled the space with custom moments and rentals that highlighted their brand and would love to walk you through the satisfying before and afters to show you how to brand an event!
Stage Design
Front and center, League of Originals wanted a stage with an oversized, branded backdrop. They browsed our website and chose modern rentals that aligned with their brand and mocked up this stage design pictured on the right. As you can imagine when we saw this cool mockup, we were immediately pumped to bring this to life.
Six 4×8′ Walls lined the back of the stage and were covered in red vinyl. Printing their logo as contour cut PVC, so that it was dimensional, elevated the design.

Sponsor Activation
League of Originals transformed Assembly Hall’s Waller Room into a “cantina” activation for one of their sponsors, Gardencup. Gardencup’s branding is a little lighter and brighter, so they chose our pink Cosmopolitan Bar and we branded it with teal vinyl.
To further cultivate the cantina vibe, our Hemingway Pub Tables and Stinger Barstools provided spaces around the bar to enjoy refreshments.

Podcast Pop-Up
League of Originals has their own podcast and work with entrepreneurs who most-likely tune in. What better way to involve these guests than to bring the podcast right to the summit?
We branded our 8×6′ Arch Wall as a backdrop for our Appletini Chairs, Checkerboard Shag Rug and Roman Side Table for the podcast recording space. The sign up for the podcast activation was at our Prohibition Petite Bar with a branded 4×8′ backdrop.
Side Note: We’ve done a ton of events at Assembly Hall and before this, hadn’t seen anyone make such good use of this side of the courtyard along the front of the building! A good reminder to make use of every space in the venue you book.

Step & Repeat
A step and repeat is a tried and true way to highlight sponsors and covering our 10×8′ Wall in red vinyl insured that no one was missing it. We surrounded this piece with decorative cacti—how cute are these rattan ones?

League of Originals also used lounge pieces in colors that jived with their brand palette, like our Jack Rose Sofa in deep red. The audience seating was all Dark n’ Stormy Dining Chairs, which are our most modern dining chair style—perfect for a brand that’s on top of the trends.
