2025 Fall & Winter Wedding Colors

Our Favorite Fall & Winter Wedding Colors for the Upcoming Season

In the event industry we know that if you’re looking for inspo now, you’re most likely planning for a wedding later in the year. We’re looking ahead and we’ve predicted our favorite fall and winter wedding colors for the year!

We’ve been tracking trends in home design and fashion, taking note of what clients are asking for, and are ready to share our findings and inspiration! We’re confident that you’re not in danger of these choices going out of style any time soon because they aren’t your run-of-the-mill shades or overly-trendy choices. Let’s get into it!

Cinnamon

You’ve seen similar colors trend for fall weddings pretty much every year: terracotta, rust, copper—but cinnamon is a little more spicy (pun intended) than these other shades. Cinnamon is actually a shade of brown with very warm undertones, making it appear a little closer to orange than brown. If you’re looking for a wedding color that’s a little more zesty thank your typical neutral, cinnamon is where it’s at.

What pairs well with cinnamon? We recommend styling it with other earthy shades—our Napoleon Lounge Chair in this warm, reddish-brown is the perfect compliment to this tone. Our Aperol Lounge Chair is a golden-brown that’s a bit of a muted version of the color.

Espresso

Most likely inspired by everyone’s love of an espresso martini or brown suede jackets and bags trending in 2024 fall fashion, espresso will give you the elegance of a black tie wedding without losing the warmth of autumn. It’s the perfect wedding color if you’re looking to create a cozy atmosphere without losing sophistication.

How should you style it? We think winter whites are the perfect pairing. Our Vesper Sofa in white with it’s soft silhouette is giving bridal vibes, while our Bellini Lounge Chair contrasts with rich, velvety warmth.

Emerald

A garden party wedding has been on trend for a few years now but you might want to step away from the colorful wildflower design and lean into a lush, elevated outdoor soirée filled with monochromatic tones. The perfect color for this? Emerald. Just like the jewel, your wedding will look expensive and elegant.

Our mint-colored Grasshopper Sofa is the perfect light green to contrast with your dark emerald decor. Imagine this beauty surrounded by forest-inspired floral arrangements. Our Brauilo Sofa is the more buttoned-up version in it’s dark green, almost grey velvet.

Yellow Gold

Just because you’re not having a spring or summer wedding, doesn’t mean you can’t use yellow as one of your wedding colors. We recommend a more muted, golden-yellow as an accent for this season! We love this color as a base to a sunset-colored scheme or as a nod to vintage glamor paired with other jewel tones.

Start with our Gold Rush Lounge Chair or Queen Bee Lounge Chair as the accents in a wedding lounge. From here you can add neutrals, pinks, browns and oranges for that sunset vibe, or contrast the yellow with maroon and white for a warm, romantic vibe.

Let the planning begin!

These versatile colors are design-forward choices that will keep your wedding festivities true to the season. Need more inspiration? We’ve got you—check out this Fall & Winter Wedding Color Pinterest board. Happy wedding planning!
