Climate Change Cocktail Hour with Jane Fonda

Our rentals were in the presence of greatness and for a good cause. Hollywood legend Jane Fonda joined a panel of activists and scientists at SXSW 2024 to discuss climate-change. We outfitted the reception, hosted by MML Hospitality, with rentals—a cocktail hour where Jane mingled with attendees.

You can see our Fernet Cocktail tables sprinkled throughout the La Embajada lawn with guests gathered around them. Cocktail tables sans chairs are the perfect choice for an event like this, creating a casual space for guests to mingle. This layout made it easier for as many people as possible to get a moment with Jane, who was positively glowing!

Every cocktail hour needs a bar. Rosie’s Wine Bar served drinks from our Naked and Famous bar.

We love how these rentals transformed the lawn. When you have great pieces, it doesn’t always take a ton of inventory! The light wood also contrasted perfectly with the black exterior of La Embajada.

If you’re looking to host a cocktail hour as perfect as this one, browse our cocktail table selection and bar options. We have styles that fit any design vibe and options that work well in any venue!
