Custom Corporate Rentals Set the Scene for This Launch Party
When our friends at Plan On It Event Agency asked us to help launch their corporate event planning arm with a launch party, we knew we wanted to go all out with custom branded moments. Our corporate clients love to highlight their brands with custom event decor so this was the perfect place to showcase different ways to liven up these events with cool, bespoke rentals.
The Branded Moment Breakdown
The theme for this launch party was Palm Springs-chic meets playful, modern flair. The design encompassed lots of qualities that are essential to Palm Springs—sun-soaked color palettes with pops of pink, blue, orange and green, paired with breeze blocks, fun patterns, rattan, and wood. Here are the eight custom moments we created that were perfectly elevated and on theme:
Custom Moment One
As guests turned off the highway into the venue, The Wayback, they were greeted with three big Custom-Color Pillars with the events branding in vinyl. Name a more perfect way to let people know they’re in the right place!
Custom Moment Two, Three & Four
Three striped Milk & Honey Bars for valet, check in, and cider tasting were definitely fan favorites.
Custom Moment Five
Our Custom-Color 8ft. Dimensional Arch created a summery, statement entryway.
Custom Moment Six
Our Arch Wall with Inset Shelves highlighted all of the event sponsors. Using a different color background vinyl for each shelf helped make sure this display popped and caught guests eye.
Custom Moment Seven
The events biggest sponsors got the VIP treatment with a 12’x8′ display featuring framed photos of their best work. Each wall panel was covered with a different printed vinyl, and we even included working light sconces to elevate the design.
Custom Moment Eight!
Guests posed for The Storie Booth photos in front of a large, colorful photo op that consisted of our 10’x8′ Arch Wall in lime green, pieces from our Three Fin Backdrop and our Breeze Block Wall, which was made to look like it came straight out of Palm Springs itself.
Tie It All Together With Elevated Lounge & Cocktail Rentals
We complemented these custom moments with summery lounge combinations and cocktail tables for mingling. Our pink French Martini Sofas were a perfect fit for the occasion. Rattan and light wood pieces called back to Palm Springs interiors.
With custom installations and fun, intentional design, we helped Plan On It create a corporate launch party that felt fresh, on-brand, and perfectly Palm Springs for celebrating their new venture. A great start if you ask us!
