The Dear Media IRL Design
Dear Media IRL brings together top content creators, influencers, and media enthusiasts for insights into digital media and podcasting, so needless to say this event has to be Instagram-worthy. It was exactly that and more! We worked with other awesome Austin vendors to create brand activations, vendor booths, spaces for socializing, and an incredible stage for panels. We have so much to show you from this event! Settle in and get ready for some event design inspiration.
Set the Stage
Let’s start with the focal point: this stage. The day had a full schedule of panels but no one got tired of looking at this stage setup. From the big details like the backdrops by Cinco Made and the florals by Mountain Laurel Floral, to the small design choices like choosing two different coffee tables to add interest, we have no notes. We will say, we don’t think this design would be half as cool without our Lime Drop Lounge Chairs!

The Welcome
The registration booth was one of our Prohibition Single Bars, branded in a black and white checker print. Right inside the front door two of our Sherpa Lounge Chairs helped create the coolest Dear Media podcast setup.

Vendor Booths
As if this event wasn’t exciting enough, you could shop new products IRL! These brand booths were topped off with the perfect rentals, like our white Julep Cocktail Tables at the Covergirl booth, Penicillin Lounge Chairs and White Faux Fur Poofs at the Delavie Sciences Booth and Kir Royal Bar for Hart Jewelry shopping.

The Bar Moments
Two of our Prohibition Single Bars created a long breakfast bar and our green Alexander Bars made for a super cute juice bar.

Outdoor Spaces
Outside, we created multiple lounges and filled two tents with our Ciroc Dining Tables, White Shell Chairs and Averna Cocktail Tables.
