Warm and Natural Wedding at Mercury Hall

The Venue

Styled by the talented team at Saving the Date Events and in collaboration with many of Austin’s best vendors, this shoot brought a modern edge to the rustic outdoor wedding.

Mercury Hall

Located in South Austin, Mercury Hall is a chapel turned event venue that maintains its original wood floors and stained glass windows. The original structure was built in 1904 in Mercury, Texas, and was moved to its current location in 1997.

In addition to the bright and open hall, the surrounding property offers multiple picturesque locales for ceremonies, parties, receptions, and other events. This shoot features the ceremony terrace, the most popular location for wedding ceremonies on the Mercury Hall property.

The Ceremony

Our Sofia and Verano rugs led the bride to her groom over natural tones to an area perfectly framed by arrangements by Mountain Laurel Floral and a unique set of wooden arches by SBB Collective.

The Lounge

Party at the Moontower Event Rentals

The lounge was designed with casual, low seating above overlapping rugs. A friendly, conversational tone was set with the soft, neutral Pisco and Midori poufs, and some pattern variation was brought in by the Mudcloth Ottoman.

Our Aperol Lounge Chairs added rich color to the seating area.

The bride and groom shared a decadent donut tower over our Distressed Wood Coffee Table.

The Dining

Beautiful arrangements by Mountain Laurel Floral perfectly complemented the simple and rustic place settings.
