Creative Ways to Showcase Your Event Venue

Event Venue Marketing Ideas: Showcasing One Eleven East

One Eleven East is an event venue in Hutto, Texas, located about 20 minutes from North Austin. Right in the middle of a cute small town street, the venue blends original, historic details with contemporary design. When you see the arched floor to ceiling windows, white brick walls, aged wood floors, private back courtyard and modern getting ready suites, it’s likely you’ll think wedding venue—but this space is dynamic.

Party at the Moontower partnered with One Eleven East to create content to showcase their venue to new clients. The goal of this shoot, and one of the first ideas you should consider when advertising or marketing your event venue, is great photos. If you’re a venue manager or owner, get ready to take notes!

Live Podcast Setup

Doesn’t it seem like everyone has a podcast these days? We partnered with One Eleven East to create a podcast setup for content that appeals to these creators. We branded our 3 Piece Half Arch Backdrop in shades of green and grey to pair with our beloved Lime Drop Lounge Chairs, giving this setup cool, modern vibes. Our Manhattan Dining Chairs made up the audience seating. This setup could be used for any small corporate panel as well!

Yoga Retreat Vibes

We all know that Austin is an active city. To appeal to Austinites, why not show potential clients that your venue is perfect for a little fitness retreat? We created serene, yogi vibes with our Wildwood Screen and various plants indoors. Out in the courtyard, Contigo Catering hosted a juice bar. Our branded A-Frame Sign with cute, natural florals advertised the setup and our Julep Cocktail Tables provided a space to socialize.

Corporate Opportunities

Advertising your venue to corporate clients can create so many opportunities for new types of events in your venue. It can be as easy as using our Fluted Podium for a mock presentation and a couple of tables with dining chairs! Need more ideas for advertising to corporate clients? Staging Secrets

  1. Working with an event furniture rental company and/or seasoned event planner to stage your venue is essential to making your content genuine—you want to give your potential clients the best visual representation possible of what their event could look like. While event professionals are typically good at visualizing this, it can’t hurt to have as many examples as possible for people who can’t quite imagine a whole setup in your space.
  2. Hiring a professional photographer for shoots like this is a non-negotiable. Once you have quality content, you’ll be able to use it for your website, social media, newsletters, print ads and more—you won’t regret the investment!
  3. Get creative with the types of events you style the space for. More niche events like live podcasts can broaden your audience.

Now that you’re ready to plan a photoshoot to showcase your venue, our Inspo page is a good place to start when you’re thinking about the rentals you’ll need! Still looking for the perfect space? Check out our blog post on corporate event venues around Austin.
