Baby Shower or Brand Pop Up?
This luxe baby shower, aka Poppy’s Market, was so well-designed and branded that it could be mistaken for a brand pop-up.
There are a few things that are essential to good experiential event design for a brand pop-up: creative product displays, interactive stations with takeaways for guests, and the use of a brand’s colors, patterns, and logos in decor. These activations are so effective that elements are bleeding over into other events.
Experiential Event Design
Just like you would when designing for a brand, the experiential event designer and planner Cassie Lamere, used distinctive fonts, patterns and colors that said chic, luxury, baby shower. A fabricated display wall and a 4′ Painkiller Bar were covered in yellow stripes to display gifts for guests. An oversized gingham photo op was branded with the baby’s name. A flower bar was covered in an organic floral pattern from which guests took home custom bouquets by Head West Floral. Scalloped awnings for each moment tied the whole design together and gave the space a whimsical feeling.
Custom Event Decor
As you scroll through these baby shower photos, you’ll notice that each piece was designed and fabricated to fit perfectly in the space, Tiny Boxwoods Rosemary Room in Austin. This can be credited to months of our Production Team working closely with the planner to bring her vision to life. The height of the flower display, the rain plan for the outdoor pieces… every detail of a custom build is important, whether you’re planning a brand activation, or something more sentimental like a baby shower or wedding.
